About

Welcome to my blog

Hi! I’m John. I’m the author of the R package workflowr for reproducible research. This is my personal blog where I’ll share my thoughts on various technical topics: R, reproducible research, open science, bioinformatics, genetics, statistics, etc. For more information about my background and other projects, please see my personal website.

I created this site using distill with minimal modifications. The blog content is licensed under CC-BY 4.0.

Some of my favorite tools that I use often and hope to blog about in the future (in no particular order) include R, RStudio, knitr/rmarkdown, limma, Git, Python, Snakemake, conda, Firefox
